Jannette Consulting was founded on a deep understanding of fashion’s inner workings and a passion for empowering others to succeed. After years of honing her craft across some of the most respected luxury brands, including Louis Vuitton, Max Mara, and leading London department stores such as Selfridges and Harrods, our founder, Adebola Adeola Akerele, recognised a powerful truth: Many people have the vision for a fashion business. What they need is clarity, structure, and the right support to bring it to life.
From managing high-value clientele, refining sales strategies, and leading training initiatives to conducting academic research on Savile Row tailoring, Adebola developed rare and transferable expertise that bridges luxury retail, fashion management, and strategic business development.
Her experience working within fashion agencies, bespoke menswear, and global retail environments shaped a consultancy approach that is both creative and commercially intelligent.

Adebola Adeola Akerele is a fashion business strategist, luxury retail expert, and image consultant with a dynamic career shaped by some of the world’s most prestigious fashion houses. Her journey spans Louis Vuitton, Max Mara, Style Incorporated, and leading luxury department stores—including Selfridges, Harrods, and Bond Street flagships where she developed a refined understanding of client experience, product excellence, and luxury brand storytelling.
With an academic foundation in MA Fashion Management from Birmingham City University, Adebola conducted specialised research in Savile Row tailoring, exploring craftsmanship, luxury heritage, and the evolving future of tailoring. This unique blend of field experience and academic insight gives her an unmatched perspective on fashion ecosystems, brand behaviour, and market evolution.
Her work within fashion agencies, retail, and consulting environments has equipped her with transferable skills across sales strategy, client development, team leadership, merchandising, fashion analysis, and brand communication. Beyond her corporate achievements, Adebola has a deep passion for fashion and excellence and hopes to leave her footprints in the world through fashion.
